The Van Raam Fun2Go is a side by side trike where one person steers and both can pedal. The two riders can easily communicate with each other beings that the seats are side by side. The Fun2Go is the easiest trike to get on and off of on the market. The seats on the Fun2Go can be swivel ninety degrees and are easily adjustable forward and backward. There are no obstructions in the way when mounting or dismounting the Fun2Go.
The Fun2Go trike is easily maneuverable, with two wheels in the rear and one in front it can be rotated round its
own axis. The Fun2Go is available with an electric motor and numerous options for special needs individuals.
If you choose an optional electric pedal assist, it will be delivered as
a smart e-bike. It allows you to view a lot of information about your
battery and smart e-bike from a distance. For example, you can use the
app to view bike routes and see where your connected bike is located -
this is especially good against theft.
The optional switchable freewheel hub can be turned on
or off to determine whether the rider (if mandatory) pedals along. The
optional switchable freewheel hub has three positions:
- A function with a continuous movement of the pedal, the co-driver must pedal along.
- The pedals of the co-driver move independently of the pedals of the
main driver. The pedals run freely and the co-driver cannot cycle.
- In this position, the pedals of the co-driver move independently of
the pedals of the main driver. The co-driver can cycle along.
The Fun2Go always has gears on the driver's side, on the co-driver’s
side there is the possibility of a freewheel hub, a speed hub or a
disengagement hub. Now Van Raam has combined the two options, the speed
hub and the disengagement hub, into one complete and universal option.
The standard Fun2Go tricycle tandem can be charged up to 120 kg (265 Lbs) person. With the option reinforced version the maximal charge will be up to 180 kg (397 Lbs) person.
Van Raam has been producing the duo bike for more than 20 years and has already made several thousands of Fun2Go's. Because of this, the bike has been fully optimized through the years.
There is also a double rider trailer, the FunTrain, on which a total of three passengers and an attendant can cycle safely.
