I purchased this bike and it arrived missing the washer that keeps the rear axle from spinning in the frame. This caused more damage and almost caused me to crash on my first ride. The company did send me a new washer and rear wheel assembly. They expected me to fix it myself. I ended up having to take my new $700 dollar bike to my local bike shop to get fixed. They do not care about the customer is my perception after my experience. I told them that I would be leaving them negative reviews as my only recourse. To that I was threatened with them contacting their legal deptment for review. Two tears in a bucket Worksman. Buyer beware.

Receive my M2600 after weighting a long time to get it. The paint job is terrible, no primmer just my color sprayed over raw un cleaned metal. I also thought the spokes should have been tensioned a bit tighter but the wheels have been holding up fine. I am 6'-3" tall and 400 Lbs so a traditional bike was out of the question. The Worksman M2600 was the only bike I could find for my size and weight. The bike rides fine but is lacking in a number of different ways

I and 6'-6” and 420 Lbs there no traditional bicycle on the market that are sturdy enough to carry my weight. I purchased the M2600 and feel this is a very sturdy bicycle. The wheels have 11 gauge spoke which are a lot thicker and stronger that regular bicycle spokes. The wheel rims are extra thick and strong and the frame is made of a strong steel. I wished the seat and pedals were higher quality but I can change them easy enough. I am thankful that I was able to find a bike that will handle my weight and size.
